Group Product Senior Manager

Ready to take Product Management beyond managing products?

Epta Group is looking for a Group Product Senior Manager to shape the strategy and development of an international product portfolio while strengthening Product Management capabilities across the team.

This is a senior leadership role with 2 direct reports, ideal for someone who can bring strong Product Management expertise, methodologies and a fresh perspective to the organization.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle
• Lead and develop experienced Product Management team members
• Turn market trends, customer needs and competitor insights into product opportunities
• Develop strong value propositions and go-to-market strategies
• Drive brand and product positioning across different product brands
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales
• Support pricing, profitability and product performance
• Introduce new Product Management tools, methodologies and ways of working
• Explore how AI can be embedded into Product Management processes

These responsibilities align closely with Epta's Group Product Management framework, which emphasizes product strategy, lifecycle management, market analysis, innovation and cross-functional leadership.

What we’re looking for

• Strong senior-level Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B environment
• Background in industrial or standardized physical products
• Strong marketing, value proposition and brand positioning capabilities
• Experience leading and developing people
• Strategic, commercial and data-driven mindset
• AI literacy, with the ability to think about how AI can improve processes and ways of working
• Native Italian skills + Fluent professional English

Experience in refrigeration is welcome but not essential. Relevant backgrounds could include commercial or industrial refrigeration, industrial kitchen equipment, ovens, white goods or similar B2B equipment.

Location

Our team is geographically distributed, so location is not an absolute constraint.

However, proximity to Veneto or Milan is preferred.

At Epta, we offer a transparent and competitive compensation package aligned with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL - Metalworking).

• Base salary: From 64,250 to 80,440 EUR gross/year. The final offer will be determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria applied consistently across all candidates, including verified professional experience, relevant technical competencies, and the confirmed scope and responsibilities of the role.
