Verisure is looking for a Group Tech HRBP Intern to join our Group HR Business Partner team, supporting global international Technology functions in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of People, Business, Data, and Technology , partnering with global leaders and teams across multiple countries. You will be exposed to strategic HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, employee experience, and people analytics while learning how HR can drive global business impact in a technology driven organization. Key responsibilities The main tasks and projects will include: Participate in HR projects to gain exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle. Gain exposure to how HRBPs support global technology organizations and partner with business leaders. Learn how HR metrics are used to support decision making. Support the management of talent, performance, engagement, organizational design, and development initiatives internationally. Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries. Learn how data-driven HR practices contribute to business success. Support HRBPs in preparing presentations, communications and project materials. Support employer branding and engagement initiatives . Help coordinate meetings, workshops and HR events. Assist in gathering and organizing HR data. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Support documentation and creation of communication materials. Location The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer. Candidate profile We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious, analytical, and excited about working in a global technology environment. Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data and transforming information into insights . Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to take initiative. Strong learning agility and genuine curiosity about people and organizational dynamics. Interest in technology and enthusiasm for understanding how engineering, product, data, and digital teams operate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds.
