MentionLab is an AI Listening platform. We help leading brands understand what AI says about them, how it understands them and when it recommends them.

Consumers now turn to ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI to discover products, compare brands and make decisions. Companies need reliable data to see and manage how they are represented across AI, and MentionLab provides exactly that.

We work with global brands such as Toyota, with research companies such as Ipsos and with consulting firms such as Deloitte, across beauty, banking, automotive, hospitality, retail, telecom and energy. Many of our partners build their own AI Search and GEO offerings on top of MentionLab.

We sell to marketers, so our own growth has to show what AI-native marketing looks like. That's why we're hiring a Growth & AI Marketer in Brussels.

Your Role

You'll join the Growth Marketing team and work directly with our Head of Growth.

Your mission will be to help MentionLab generate pipeline and build awareness across Europe and beyond, using AI as your main lever: to research, write, automate, test and scale faster than a traditional marketing team ever could.

You'll run campaigns, build AI agents and automations, create content, manage our CRM data and turn MentionLab's own AI Search data into stories the market wants to read.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves marketing, is obsessed with AI tools and wants real ownership from day one. You'll ship things every week and see their impact on pipeline directly.

Your Missions

1. Generate pipeline with outbound

• Build qualified lists of brands, agencies and partners, and run personalized multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn) with tools like lemlist and HubSpot.
• Use intent signals and AI research to reach the right people at the right time, then track results and improve what doesn't work.

2. Build AI agents and automations

• Design AI workflows that do the repetitive work: lead research, enrichment, scoring, CRM hygiene, reporting.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools every day, and document what works so the whole team can reuse it.

3. Create content and drive inbound

• Turn MentionLab's AI Search data into LinkedIn posts, studies and reports, and apply GEO to our own visibility in AI answers.
• Manage our lead magnets, landing pages, nurturing flows and events.

4. Measure and experiment

• Keep our HubSpot CRM clean and build simple weekly reports on pipeline, campaigns and inbound.
• Test new AI tools and tactics, read the results and share clear takeaways with the team.

You don't need to master all of this when you join. We'll train you.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales development, an agency or a startup. Recent graduates with strong side projects are welcome.

• You use AI tools daily and have built at least one workflow or automation you're proud of (show us!).
• You're comfortable with numbers and prefer testing and iterating over endless planning.
• You're structured, reliable and take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
• You're fluent in French and English (any other language is a plus).
• Bonus: experience with HubSpot, lemlist, Webflow or no-code tools, or content you've published.
