Growth & Content Lead : Remote, Global

Noww Club is building a habit and ritual app that helps people actually follow through on the life they say they want, not another tracker, not another meditation app. We need someone who can own growth end to end: strategy, execution, and the content that drives it. Not a strategist who hands off to someone else, and not a content creator who waits for direction, someone who can do both. You'll start by leading our push into the UAE, our first target market, with more markets to follow as we grow.

This is an early-stage, pre-revenue role. We're upfront about that below, because it shapes how we're structuring compensation and who this will genuinely be a fit for.

What you'll actually do :

Growth (starting with UAE, B2C-focused)

• Own paid social strategy and execution starting with fixing and scaling our performance ads for the UAE, which haven't converted yet and need a fresh, sharper approach
• Design and run experiments across acquisition channels, and read the funnel honestly enough to tell us where we're actually losing people
• Build out organic growth channels alongside paid this isn't a "spend more" role, it's a "figure out what actually works" role

Content & social (Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Own our content strategy and calendar on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create the content yourself — write it, shoot it, edit it — not just brief someone else to
• Turn content into a real lead channel, not just a brand-awareness exercise

You'll work directly with our founder, not through layers of process. What you build for the UAE market will set the template as we expand further.

Who we're looking for:

• A real, verifiable track record of growing something : a brand's following, a product's signups, an app's installs, a client's paid campaigns. It doesn't need to be a big-name company. It needs to be real, and you need to be able to show us the actual before-and-after (dashboards, screenshots, numbers, not just a resume line)
• Comfortable being hands-on with content, not just strategy this role does not have a separate content executor
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity, this is a startup with a small team, not a structured marketing org
• Excited by equity-based upside, and genuinely fine with the compensation structure below, please read it before applying

Nice to have, not required: familiarity with the UAE/GCC/MENA market or audience; useful, but we're hiring for growth and content ability first and will brief you in on the market.

How this role works:

We're structuring this as a paid, 6-week trial first, not a straight full-time hire:

• Weeks 1–6: A paid trial period, compensated via commission on the leads and outcomes you generate (structure and rates shared directly with shortlisted candidates). This is real, paid work from day one, not an unpaid audition.
• After the trial: If it's a strong mutual fit, this converts into a full-time role compensated primarily through ESOPs (equity), given we're pre-revenue at this stage.

We're telling you this upfront so you can self-select, if you need guaranteed salary from day one, this likely isn't the right fit right now. If you want real ownership in something you're building from an early stage and are comfortable proving yourself first, this is designed for you.
