About us

VELIOFLOW LTD (UK company 17535379) owns I'M HERE, an 18+, invite-only app for meeting people face to face — for networking and friendship, not dating — live on the Apple App Store.

The role

• Run and optimise Meta and TikTok campaigns within budgets the Founder approves in writing.

• Prepare briefs, copy and audiences for Founder approval before launch.

• Improve invites and waitlist-to-user conversion.

You bring

• Hands-on Meta and/or TikTok campaigns, strong written English and copywriting.

• Policy-safe, honest marketing (never "dating").

• Based in, and working from, Türkiye as an independent freelancer.

Not for you if you need income from this work within 12 months.

How it works

• Equity: 3% of VELIOFLOW LTD (exact basis in the contract), issued in full after 12 months of continuous service. If the engagement ends for any reason before then — including if we end it on notice — you get no shares and no payment.

• If a sale of I'M HERE completes before month 12 while you're engaged (not a bad leaver), you get 5% of the gross sale price in cash, as received, instead of shares.

• Later share issues dilute your stake. A "bad leaver" (e.g. serious breach, joining a competitor) may have shares bought back at nominal value. Private-company shares may be worth little or nothing.

• Independent consultant, not an employee: your own hours, methods, tax and social security (including on shares or a sale payment).

• "Growth Director" is a job title only — not a company director, and no authority to sign for or commit the company.

• Expenses (ad spend, tools) only with the Founder's prior written approval.

• Your work belongs to the company; confidentiality applies. 30 days' notice either side (immediate for serious breach).

Trial task (unpaid, max ~3 hours)

If shortlisted: a one-page test-campaign plan and two ad concepts for a fictional brief (public information only), sent by LinkedIn message. You keep ownership; we use it only to assess you.
