ABOUT US
At IPRoyal, we empower startups and global enterprises with cutting-edge data mining infrastructure, and through Pawns.app, we bring that same infrastructure to everyday users looking to earn from their unused internet. Our dedicated team works around the clock to deliver powerful, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that create real value for our clients. From streamlining operations to unlocking new opportunities, our engineers turn publicly available data into actionable insights. With IPRoyal, businesses enjoy first-class, scalable experiences that grow alongside them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most growth roles split the work: one person finds the problem, someone else builds the fix. This one doesn't.
We're looking for a Growth Engineer who spots the business problems worth solving and builds the solution themselves, using AI to do the heavy engineering. You'll dig into our funnel, data, and customers, decide where the biggest opportunity is, and take it from idea to live experiment to result, usually in days, not weeks.
Your background matters less than how you work. You might come from growth, product, CRO, or engineering. What matters is that you think like the owner of a business number, not a task queue, and that you can build what you propose.

WHAT WE OFFER
At IPRoyal, we empower startups and global enterprises with cutting-edge data mining infrastructure, and through Pawns.app, we bring that same infrastructure to everyday users looking to earn from their unused internet. Our dedicated team works around the clock to deliver powerful, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that create real value for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the highest-impact problems in our funnel using data, customer behaviour, and market signals, and turn them into clear bets;
- Agree priorities with the Head of Growth Engineering, then own your bets end to end;
- Build and ship the solutions yourself: landing pages, signup and checkout flows, upsell and pricing tests, and the tracking behind them;
- Grow the upsell and cross-sell revenue stream through experiments;
- Help build our agentic experimentation platform, the loop that mines data, proposes and builds variants, tests, and learns;
- Read results honestly, ship the winners, kill the losers, and share what we learned.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Growth instinct: You find problems worth solving on your own and can explain why they matter to revenue;
- Builder: You build what you propose. Vibe engineering is welcome, AI does the heavy lifting, and specific languages or stack are irrelevant;
- AI-native: You use LLMs and agents by default to build, analyse, and automate;
- Data fluency: You can write a hypothesis, read a result, and kill your own weak ideas;
- Ownership: You'd rather own a number than wait for tasks;
- Nice to have: Experience at a product, subscription, or self-serve business, experimentation tooling (feature flags, product analytics, safe rollouts).
THIS ROLE MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST FIT IF
- You prefer to have specs and tasks clearly defined before you start;
- You love generating ideas, but would rather hand them off to someone else to build;
- You'd rather deliver a roadmap than figure out what belongs on it;
- You like going deep on one feature more than running lots of quick experiments.
SUCCESS IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
- First 30 days: Learn our products, funnel, data, and tooling. Ship your first experiment end to end. Bring us your top 3 identified growth problems, each with a clear reason why it matters;
- By 60 days: Own a problem area. Have 2 to 3 experiments live that you identified yourself. Ship one AI tool or automation that saves the team real time;
- By 90 days: Run your own pipeline of bets with little steering. Deliver at least one win, or a clear learning that changed what we do next. Contribute a working part of our agentic experimentation platform.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Real ownership: You own each experiment start to finish, from hypothesis to result;
- Results that carry weight: Your findings feed straight into how the team steers what's next;
- Built to last: You help build the experimentation platform itself, not just run one-off tests;
- Ship fast: Idea to live in days, with AI doing the heavy lifting and minimal process in your way;
- Personal budgets: Annual budgets for equipment, learning & development, wellness, and team-building, covering everything from home office gear to courses, gym memberships, and health costs;
- Flexible ways of working: Work from the office, hybrid, or remotely from Lithuania, and take it further with manager approval - colleagues have already worked from destinations across several continents;
- A team that knows how to celebrate: Company-sponsored summer fests, autumn workations abroad, quarterly team-buildings, and smaller events throughout the year, alongside everyday office perks like snacks, terraces, and gaming areas;
- Melp benefits platform: Discounts, holiday greetings, and extra budgets, all in one place;
- Salary range: €4,500–6,500 gross/month.
