Job DescriptionThe growth hacker's mission is crucial for the growth of the company: it consists of growing our audience and converting it into future customers via strategic levers such as digital acquisition, content, and social networks.You're the ideal candidate if you have concrete experience of success in the field, if you're aware of developments linked to online growth and if you're driven by figures and the rigorous monitoring of the actions you put in place. Duties and responsibilities• Identifying growth opportunities for the company.• Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company. • Optimize website conversion• Implement an SEO strategy• Implement Ads campaigns• Helping our social networks team to draw up editorial schedules• Monitoring and analyzing performance. Using data, analytics and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.• Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets Required skills and qualifications• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy, growth, business management, or similar.• 2+ years of proven work as a growth hacker.• A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.• Skilled in web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.• Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.• A curious, adaptable and iterative thinker.
