About Logical
We’re a small team building productivity tools that live on your desktop and fit the way you already work. We care a lot about craft: native apps that are fast, quiet, beautiful and, above all, useful. Logical is our flagship, and a couple of our other products are headed for launches of their own. We’re in a growth sprint, not cruise control.
Logical is led by two technical founders (ex-NVIDIA, deep learning and AI inference) who’ve taken consumer and prosumer products to market previously, both before and after AI changed the game. We know what a good launch looks like and we’ll teach you what we’ve learned. But there’s no growth org here to disappear into. You won’t be one of twelve marketers; you’ll be the one making it happen.
About the role
You’ll own a real slice of growth from day one: deciding what to make, making it, publishing it under our accounts, and reading the numbers to decide what’s next. We’ll bring the context, the playbook, and honest feedback. You bring the taste and the output, and the calls on your work are yours to make. You’ll get to work directly with the founders, in-person if possible, every day.
What you'll do
- Producing video & image creatives: product walkthroughs, demo clips, founder content, launch pieces. Shooting, editing, publishing.
- Running our ongoing content engine across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and wherever else our users are, with a point of view on what’s working.
- Running creator and UGC campaigns: find the right creators for us, brief them, manage the back-and-forth, and track what each one actually drove.
- Turning raw material (screen recordings, meetings, half-formed ideas from us) into things people actually want to watch or read.
- Running small growth experiments: landing-page variants, referral loops, outreach to specific user communities, and measuring them.
- Sitting in on product and launch decisions. You’ll know why we’re making something, not just that we are.
You’ll work directly with the founders. Remote works, and if you can spend time with us in SF, even a week or two, we’d love to have you in person.
What we're looking for
- Available at least 20 hrs/week, with solid overlap with Pacific time.
- You’re plugged in (maybe even chronically online). You know what’s trending on TikTok, X and YouTube right now, which formats are tired, and which AI companies are doing GTM well. We’d rather you show us than tell us: send examples.
- You can put an edit together. Premiere / DaVinci / Final Cut / CapCut: we just care that you can go from footage to a finished cut without hand-holding.
- You’re good with a camera. You know or can quickly learn how to light a desk setup, frame a talking head, and make a screen recording look like it belongs on a product page.
- You have taste and you ship. You’d rather post something solid today than something perfect in three weeks, and you’ll iterate based on what people respond to.
- You think in numbers at least a little. Views, CTR, signups, retention: you want to know whether the thing you made worked.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity. We’re early, priorities move, and the most valuable people here are the ones who scope the next thing themselves.
- You can write. Hooks, captions, a landing-page headline, a cold DM. Crisp beats clever.
Bonus points
- You’ve grown a social account, channel, or newsletter of your own, even a small one.
- You’ve done something similar at another early-stage startup.
- You use AI tools in your own workflow and have opinions about which ones are good.
- Figma or basic motion-graphics chops.
- Can join us in-person in San Francisco.
Benefits
- Paid internship
- Lunch on us (if working in-person)
- Monthly AI tools/productivity reimbursement
- Flexible working hours
- Direct work with the founders, and a real shot at a full-time offer
- Get plugged into the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem. We will introduce you to the people you need to know.
What your first 30 days could look like:
- Week 1: Get to know our products, our audience, and what's already been tried. Brainstorm strategies that could work.
- Week 2: Ship your first posts. Understand how our audience reacts.
- Week 3: Pitch and test a recurring content format of your own. Start sourcing creators for our first UGC campaign.
- Week 4: Launch the creator campaign: briefs out, content coming in, results tracked. Wrap the month with a short review of what worked and what you'd double down on.
Visa: US citizen/visa only.
