The Role What You’ll Do: Drive Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract new customers across multiple channels including digital marketing, partnerships, social media, and events Optimize Customer Activation: Create and implement onboarding processes that ensure new users quickly understand and experience the value of Leona, driving early engagement and satisfaction. Enhance User Engagement: Design and launch campaigns to keep users engaged and active, using data-driven insights to tailor communications and interventions Determine the natural frequency and usage of the product and manufacture triggers to ensure such frequency Execute Growth Experiments: Identify growth hypotheses and conduct experiments to test and validate them, using A/B testing and analytics to drive decisions. Collaborate on Product Development: Work closely with the CEO and product team to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements. Measure and Analyze Performance: Set clear metrics and KPIs for growth initiatives, continuously track performance, and use data to refine strategies and optimize results. Craft Brand Messaging: Define and communicate our brand’s unique value proposition, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels. Foster Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive growth, including collaborations with influencers, schools, and other relevant organizations. Content Strategy: Oversee content creation efforts to ensure alignment with growth goals, including blog posts, social media content, and other marketing materials. Adapt and Innovate: Embrace the fast-paced, dynamic nature of a startup environment by taking on various roles as needed and continuously seeking new ways to drive growth. Mentorship: The team members are here to support your career growth goals within the company and afterwards Ambiguity: There are a lot of unknowns given the early stage of the company, you will be responsible for navigating ambiguous environments and determining the best path forward Dedication: If you prefer 9-5 environments, this role is not for you.
