Growth Manager

Aiwork is looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and paid conversion across our AI software products.

You will work closely with our product team to understand our users, improve product positioning, execute marketing campaigns, and measure what drives sustainable growth.

• Research target users, competitors, and market opportunities to improve product positioning.
• Manage digital acquisition across SEO, paid advertising, social media, product launches, and other relevant channels.
• Create and improve marketing content, including landing pages, ads, emails, SEO pages, and social media posts.
• Improve user onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion from free to paid plans.
• Develop and test offers, campaigns, messaging, and landing pages.
• Track key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and customer acquisition cost.
• Work with the product team to identify user feedback and product improvements that can support growth.
• Use AI tools to improve the efficiency of research, content creation, campaign management, analytics, and marketing automation.

• Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, and social media.
• Strong written communication and marketing copywriting skills.
• Comfortable using analytics to measure funnels, conversion, and campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of digital products and customer journeys.
• Proficiency with AI tools for marketing, research, content, and automation.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.

Experience with SaaS, AI products, FinTech, B2B software, or subscription businesses is preferred.
