# Growth & Social Media Manager — NaborGo
**Location:** Remote
**Salary:** ₦200,000/month
NaborGo is looking for a **Growth & Social Media Manager** to help drive customer growth and increase activity on the platform.
We're looking for someone who can **suggest practical growth strategies and help implement them**, while also taking ownership of NaborGo's social media presence.
### Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers.
* Find new ways to increase registrations, service requests and transactions.
* Manage NaborGo's social media presence and content strategy.
* Plan and create engaging social media content and campaigns.
* Explore partnerships, referrals, communities and other growth opportunities.
* Help grow and activate our vendor base when needed.
* Track results and identify what is working and what needs to improve.
### Requirements
* Experience in growth, marketing, social media or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition and social media.
* Creative, proactive and highly execution-focused.
* Experience growing a startup, app, marketplace or online business is a plus.
