Founded in 2019, Machina Games is a leading mobile game studio specializing in puzzle games. Since our founding, we have been innovating and staying true to our mission: making games that have never been played before. Having launched two hit titles, Card Shuffle Sort and Sort Dash, we are now looking for talented individuals to help us build our next innovative puzzle game.

We are currently looking for a growth manager to be responsible for finding innovative ways to improve our games, maximize player reach, and make data driven decisions about the campaigns.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for building and growing successful mobile games

• Minimum of one year of direct experience in performance marketing

• Professional background working within the mobile gaming industry is required

• Proven track record of managing paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games

• Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work effectively independently or within a team

• Highly developed analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Have the full ownership of the game growth and marketing strategy.

• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms

• Track campaign performance to improve key metrics like ROAS, CPI, LTV, and retention

• Partner with artists and creative teams to develop and execute ad creation strategy

• Analyze data to find growth opportunities and make marketing more efficient

• Manage budgets and shift spending to the best-performing channels

• Stay current on market trends, competitor actions, and new user acquisition strategies
