Growth Manager - Sales (Remote, Self-Employed)

Replio is an AI customer-support platform. Businesses use it to answer their customers 24/7 across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat and voice, instantly, in their own brand voice, without hiring a night shift. We're live, we have paying clients, and we're ready to grow.

We're looking for one Growth Manager in Nigeria to bring new paying businesses onto Replio.

WHAT YOU'D DO

• Own new-business acquisition: outbound, partnerships, community and content you originate.
• Run the demo and close the deal yourself. This is not a lead-passing SDR seat.
• Sell to businesses drowning in customer messages: e-commerce and Instagram sellers, fintech and crypto, logistics, travel agencies, clinics, schools.
• Keep a clean pipeline we can both see.

WHAT YOU EARN

You take a share of what your clients actually pay, every month they stay. No cap.

• 50% of each client's first month, plus 20% of their monthly plan for as long as they stay, up to 12 months.
• From your third client in a month, those rates rise to 75% and 25%.

Replio's plans are $70, $150, $300 and $450 a month. What one client is worth to you over 12 months:

• WhatsApp plan, client pays $70/mo: $35 on signing plus $14/month, $203 in total (about 320,000 naira)
• Starter, $150/mo: $75 plus $30/month, $435 (about 687,000 naira)
• Pro, $300/mo: $150 plus $60/month, $870 (about 1,375,000 naira)
• Business, $450/mo: $225 plus $90/month, $1,305 (about 2,062,000 naira)

One Pro client is worth more to you than four WhatsApp clients. That is deliberate: sell the right fit and you earn more, and so do we. Naira figures are indicative at current rates. Commission is calculated and quoted in US dollars.

Target is 2 new paying clients a month. At 2 entry-tier clients a month with your clients staying, month 1 is about $98 and month 12 is about $406, because the residuals stack. A strong month pays considerably more.

THE HONEST PART

There is no base pay, no retainer and no guaranteed earnings. In a month where you sign nobody and have no active clients yet, you earn nothing. That is most likely in months 1 and 2 while you learn the product and build pipeline. We would rather you know that now than discover it in week six. If a zero-income month is not survivable for you, this role is not the right one. That is a fair conclusion and no hard feelings.

HOW WE KNOW A CLIENT IS YOURS

You get a tracked link on day one (replio.live/?src=YOURCODE). Anyone signing up through it is credited to you automatically, and it remembers them for 45 days. For deals closed on WhatsApp or by phone, log the lead in our shared pipeline before they sign up and it is yours if they convert within 90 days. Businesses that find us through our own search traffic or the founder's network do not count, and the same tracking stops anyone else claiming your deals.

THE ENGAGEMENT

• Self-employed independent contractor, not employment. You control your hours, methods and equipment, you may work with other businesses, and you invoice us for commission earned.
• You handle your own tax. We do not deduct at source.
• Paid monthly once the client's payment clears and the 30-day refund window passes.
• First 3 months probationary, one week's notice either way. No clients at all by the month-3 review and we end it, and you keep everything earned. If we part ways, you keep residuals for a further 3 months on clients still paying.

WHO THIS SUITS

Someone who has sold B2B or SaaS before, has a network of Nigerian business owners, and wants dollar-denominated recurring income they own rather than a fixed cheque. Clear written English matters, since most outreach is text.
