Opportunity Overview

Our client is a growing video production company building out its new business and marketing function as it scales. This fully remote role owns the outbound marketing funnel end to end, from brand awareness content through to qualified leads, feeding directly into the directors' sales pipeline and supporting their personal brand presence online.

Role Description

You'll manage the marketing funnel from brand awareness through to qualified leads, owning CRM management and outreach follow-ups before handing warm leads to the directors. Day to day, you'll produce content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters, alongside managing and generating content for the directors' personal brand and thought leadership presence online. You'll book meetings between engaged prospects and the directors, keeping the pipeline moving. This role suits a self-starter comfortable owning outbound engagement without close oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Funnel Ownership - Manage the marketing funnel end to end, from brand awareness to qualified leads.
• CRM Management - Own CRM upkeep and manage outreach follow-ups across the full pipeline.
• Lead Qualification - Qualify leads before handing them to the directors for sales conversations.
• Content Production - Create LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletter content on an ongoing basis.
• Personal Brand Support - Generate content supporting the directors' personal brand and thought-leadership presence.
• Meeting Booking - Book meetings between engaged prospects and the directors to keep momentum.

Minimum Qualifications

• Self-Starter - Comfortable taking initiative and running with tasks without close oversight.
• Outbound Ownership - Experience owning outbound engagement and lead generation independently.
• Brand & Social Management - Able to keep brand and social channels current and on-message.
• Creative Ability - Some creative skill alongside strong operational and functional execution.
• Marketing Experience - 2+ years' experience in a marketing or growth-focused role.

Bonus Qualifications

• Agency Background - Previous marketing experience at an agency serving a similar industry.
