Growth Marketer

Relocify is a fast-growing startup making it easier for people to find long-term housing in new cities. We’ve nailed performance marketing and are now expanding into influencer marketing and social media after a few successful tests. Now, we’re looking for a driven Growth Marketer to take ownership of our user acquisition, optimize campaigns, and scale what works.

Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Fully remote (EU time zone)

What You'll Do

• Own growth metrics - work directly with the founder to set and hit ambitious user acquisition goals
• Manage performance marketing- optimize Google Ads, paid social, and influencer collaborations
• Run rapid experiments - test new channels, improve our funnel, and refine messaging
• Optimize conversion - analyze data to fix drop-off points and maximize ROI
• Scale winning strategies - double down on what works while keeping CAC low

About You

• 3-5 years experience in growth marketing - preferably in a startup or fast paced environment
• Comfortable with budgets, performance metrics, and tracking ROI (we’ll teach you if needed)
• Data-driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve results
• Strong communication skills (English: C1+)
• Excited to work in a fast-moving startup where you can make a direct impact
