Role Description:

This is a full-time commission-based remote role for a Growth Marketer at PitchPro Solutions Limited. The Growth Marketer will design and execute data-driven growth strategies across digital channels to increase qualified leads, conversions, and client retention. Daily responsibilities include planning and running campaigns, conducting experiments to optimize funnels, tracking performance with analytics tools, and reporting insights to the leadership team. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to refine messaging, improve user journeys, and identify new growth opportunities. The Growth Marketer is expected to proactively test, learn, and iterate on strategies that align with the company’s value-driven, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and executing experimentation-based strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills, including the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation skills, with hands-on experience in building and optimizing acquisition funnels and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong digital marketing skills, including familiarity with SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in B2B services, startups, or agencies, with a track record of measurable growth outcomes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, and comfort working in remote, collaborative environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
