Growth Marketer

Bookipi is looking for a Growth Marketer to help grow our AI-powered products.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to run campaigns, test new ideas, improve user acquisition, and find new ways to grow our products.

If you have 3-5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, enjoy experimenting, and are excited about AI products, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute growth campaigns across paid, organic, referral, affiliate, and influencer channels
• Help improve user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Test new audiences, messaging, channels, and growth ideas
• Create clear marketing messages for our AI products
• Work with Product and Design to improve onboarding and the customer journey
• Run and analyse A/B tests and growth experiments
• Use campaign data to identify what’s working and what needs improvement
• Explore AI tools and automation to make marketing faster and more effective
• Support community, referral, and influencer growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, user acquisition, or a similar role
• Experience running or supporting digital marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, acquisition, activation, and retention
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to improve campaigns
• Experience with tools such as AI platforms, marketing automation, WordPress, or similar marketing tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Curious, experimental, and comfortable testing new ideas
