Growth Marketer — Meta Ads & AI Video

Ranner is an AI health and training coach app that adapts your training every day based on your watch data: HRV, sleep and recovery. We're live on iOS and Android, integrated with Garmin, Apple Watch, Suunto and more, and we're growing fast.

I'm Roberto, the founder. Right now Ranner is just me, and I'm looking for our first growth hire: someone who owns our creative engine and grows with the company into owning marketing.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻 (𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟲𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀)

Our growth runs on fresh creative. Your job is to keep the testing machine running end to end:

- Research angles: why runners buy, what competitors are running, and what's working in our account (and why)

- Produce ads fast, mostly with AI video, image and voice tools. We have a programmatic pipeline (Remotion + ElevenLabs) that you'll use and improve.

- Launch tests on Meta every week, read the results, kill losers and iterate on winners

- Localize winners to our markets: Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany

Once the creative engine is running well, the scope opens up: organic TikTok and Instagram, creators and UGC, new markets, and whatever else moves the needle.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳

- You've run Meta Ads campaigns yourself and made ads that won

- You create with AI tools every day (Veo, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut…) and you're fast

- You think in hooks and angles, not just edits

- You speak native Spanish and good English

- You like startup pace: you ship without waiting to be told

- Bonus: you run, you've automated your work with Claude or ChatGPT, or you've worked on a subscription app

- You're looking for a manager role or need detailed instructions to get started

- You prefer planning and reporting over making things

- $1,300–2,500 USD/month depending on experience, plus a performance bonus
