About The Role

⚽Product Understanding & Value Proposition

• Translate LongoMatch’s technical features into clear, tailored benefits for our distinct buyer personas (coaches, tactical analysts, professional clubs, academies, and federations).
• Craft compelling narratives and positioning strategies adapted for both B2C and B2B customer segments.
  
  

💹 Conversion Funnel Optimisation

• Map and optimise the entire user conversion flow.
• Maximise conversion rates by removing friction across the product onboarding journey.
  
  

🤝 Traffic Acquisition & Channel Strategy

• Identify, test, and scale our highest-performing acquisition channels (Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Inbound).
• Map the sports industry value chain to pinpoint and capture our ideal target audience.
  
  

🔗Affiliate & Partner Program Management

• Design, manage, and scale an affiliate program.
• Track key attribution metrics, manage commission payouts, and rigorously optimize partner performance.
  
  

What we are looking for

• Experience of 3–5 years in Growth or Digital Marketing within SaaS, Apps, or e-Commerce environments. Experience working in an agency or as an independent strategic consultant is highly valued.
• Solid mastery of Freemium models, B2C/B2B subscription mechanics, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing platforms and partner networks.
• An analytical mindset, being able to track, analyze, and optimize every stage of the funnel using key performance metrics.
