Koehler International is an independent app studio headquartered in Paphos, Cyprus. We build and market our own consumer software - from AI-powered mobile apps to an intelligent vibecoding platform - and partner with selected clients on custom development and strategic consulting. Own the growth engine behind our consumer apps. From App Store Optimization to viral TikToks and paid loops - you'll design experiments, ship them fast, and directly move the needle on installs and revenue. What you'll do: Plan, produce & edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Track KPIs, run A/B tests and report weekly on what's working Run ASO experiments across our App Store listings Set up and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Apple Ads) Student in Marketing, Business, Media Design or self-taught equivalent Deep understanding of consumer app / creator culture Data-driven — comfortable with analytics and spreadsheets Creative, communicative & motivated person Learn From Founders: Work shoulder to shoulder with the co-founders, weekly 1:1 mentoring built in.
