About the team Our team spans the globe, and our rapidly growing Limassol office has become the epicenter of our product and marketing operations. Responsibilities Ensure marketing content and project information remain accurate and well-organized. Manage content across the TradingView CMS, admin panels, and related web properties. Review and maintain product documentation, feature descriptions, and promotional assets. Maintain project trackers and release timelines to support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Product, and Design teams to keep information up to date. Prepare clear, visually engaging reports and project updates based on stakeholder input. Own the knowledge base, including presentations, workflows, and internal documentation. Improve team operations by optimizing processes and proposing workflow automations What makes you the perfect fit Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role. Advance proficiency in structuring information and creating reports in Google Workspace. Understanding of promotional assets across product launches and the marketing lifecycle. Acquaintance with communication channels, including email, web content, and social media. Experience with SaaS and platform products, preferably within financial technologies. Knowledge of content collaboration tools, including Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and an ownership mindset. Will be a plus A TradingView user with a strong understanding of our products. Experience supporting co-marketing initiatives. Familiarity with retail trading and investing.
