Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products across online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, establishing a strong presence in Tier-1 markets while continuing its global growth and expansion. We are currently looking for a Middle - Senior Affiliate Manager. 📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution: Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones; Developing proposals for partners to improve the effectiveness of collaboration; Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners; Analyzing and optimizing current campaigns, improving key performance indicators (KPIs); Daily traffic monitoring, reporting, and monitoring of target achievement; Coordinating with internal departments to support successful campaigns; Participating in industry events and conferences to develop the partner network. 📚 Your qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry. Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native, etc.). Strong understanding of affiliate business models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, and other commercial agreements. Experience analyzing affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in product companies or affiliate programs within iGaming will be a strong advantage. Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets is required. An established personal network of partners will be considered a strong advantage. English level — Intermediate or higher.
