Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager role at FEBLET is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel growth strategies for clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing and managing paid media campaigns, collaborating on CRM and marketing automation workflows, and overseeing email marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and revenue. The role involves setting clear growth objectives, managing project timelines, and coordinating with internal and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. The Growth Marketing Manager will continuously analyze performance data, run experiments, and refine strategies to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. This position requires a proactive, data-informed approach to testing, reporting, and scaling successful growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, including designing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Strong skills in marketing analytics and web analytics, with the ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, ideally including HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, and experience building automated workflows.
- Solid project management capabilities, with experience managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations across multiple client projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with paid media (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads) and A/B testing for conversion optimization is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with strong self-management, accountability, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in growth-focused roles.
