This role gives you the opportunity to take the lead on Editage’s B2C growth strategy for the US market, with plenty of room to bring your ideas to the table and make things happen. You will own the customer journey end-to-end, from getting the right people through the door to nurturing leads, improving conversions, and ultimately driving revenue

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth across the customer journey, from planning promotional campaigns and email marketing initiatives to launching new services and bringing them to market.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the US market growth strategy across traffic, funnel performance, jobs, and revenue, with regular monitoring of W2F, FSR, conversion, and other key metrics.
  • Analyse funnel and campaign performance, identify drop-offs and root causes, and proactively recommend and implement solutions to improve conversions and revenue.
  • Plan and execute US campaigns end-to-end, including promotional/seasonal campaigns, audience targeting, messaging, execution, performance tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Own US email marketing, including strategy, segmentation, content, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
  • Drive growth of new services in the US by developing GTM strategies, positioning and messaging, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking adoption and revenue.
  • Manage US social media and brand-building initiatives, including content strategy, community engagement, researcher outreach, and creative activations.

Qualifications and prerequisites

  • 4–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with demonstrated ownership of market- or product-level outcomes.
  • Strong full-funnel understanding, covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention, with the ability to identify and address funnel gaps.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign planning/execution, social media, content strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach, with the ability to interpret performance reports, identify issues, understand root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and ownership skills, including campaign copywriting/reviewing, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, publishing, or research-related industries, along with familiarity with the US market and its audience behaviour, is preferred.
