About the Opportunity

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead an enterprise-wide growth agenda across RACV's diverse portfolio, uncovering new opportunities to accelerate acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, engagement and customer lifetime value. Leading a team of Growth Marketing Leads, you'll bring together Product, Digital, CRM, Data and Performance Marketing, transforming insight into action, experimentation into impact and customer experiences into measurable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage RACV's growth pipeline
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across RACV's product and service portfolio leveraging RACV’s 2.3M member base and extensive owned channel assets to drive product growth and member engagement simultaneously.
- Develop growth hypotheses and initiatives based on customer insight, business priorities and commercial potential.
- Maintain a prioritised pipeline of initiatives focused on delivering incremental growth.
Lead growth planning and optimisation
- Develop integrated growth roadmaps that balance short-term results with long-term customer and capability improvements.
- Optimise customer journeys, targeting, personalisation, propositions and conversion across RACV's owned channels.
Drive experimentation and measurable impact
- Embed a strong test-and-learn culture across the team.
- Design and evaluate experiments using customer, behavioural and performance data.
- Scale successful initiatives and continuously improve growth performance through optimisation.
Connect paid and owned growth
- Identify opportunities where paid media can accelerate growth outcomes.
- Collaborate with specialist performance marketing teams across 1:1, SEM, SEO, AI discovery and paid social.
Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Growth Marketing Leads.
- Build capability in experimentation, analytics, commercial thinking and opportunity sizing.
- Foster a proactive, growth-oriented mindset focused on identifying opportunities before they become briefs.
About You
You're a growth marketing leader who combines commercial acumen, customer insight and data-driven thinking to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
You'll bring
- Significant experience in growth marketing, digital optimisation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, ecommerce or performance marketing environments.
- Demonstrated success building growth pipelines, experimentation programs or optimisation roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimisation, segmentation, personalisation and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience using customer data, analytics and experimentation to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Commercially focused decision-making with strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Digital, Data and Marketing teams.
- Experience leading teams and developing capability in complex, multi-product organisations.
