About Owner
Owner is the AI-native system local business owners use to succeed, starting with restaurants.
We’re building the system that replaces the many tools owners use to run their business.
It powers everything from the restaurant’s website, online ordering, CRM, POS, and more.
Product philosophy
Most small business software makes owners do the work to get what they want: sales growth and profit growth. Owner does the work for them agentically.
Our system drives demand, converts it, and helps operators run their business day to day. As it improves, the business improves with it.
Using Owner should feel like having a team of great operators, engineers, and marketers working for you.
Our vision
We’re starting by helping independent restaurants succeed online.
But it’s not just restaurants that need our help. Most local businesses are struggling with these same problems. Huge technology corporations are taking their customers, bleeding their profits, and making it hard for them to survive.
Once we nail the solution for restaurants – we’ll scale it into every other local business type.
In the future we envision, tens of millions of local business owners will use our technology to succeed in the digital age.
Our traction
Since 2020, we've generated tens of millions in revenue and processed over a billion dollars of online orders. 1 in 5 Americans have used an Owner.com website.
More importantly, we’ve helped over 20,000 restaurant owners, and saved them nearly $200 million in fees.
Our team
Our team is now in the low hundreds. We’ve got top talent from the most successful companies in SMB software, including: Shopify, HubSpot, DoorDash, ServiceTitan, Rappi, Faire and Stripe.
We’ll be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with our customer growth.
Where we work
Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Most of our teammates are distributed throughout the globe. Please review the role description and discuss with your recruiter for more details on location!
Why we're looking for you
We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to take our Meta and TikTok user acquisition campaigns to the next level. This high-impact media buying role is for someone who combines hands-on paid social expertise, a data-driven mindset, AI fluency, and strong creative judgment to scale and optimize these channels.
You’ll drive efficient user acquisition, upsells, and rapid testing. You’ll also build strong processes and work cross-functionally to grow marketing-attributed revenue.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, experienced in using AI to work more efficiently, skilled in paid social, and comfortable managing large media budgets. You’ll partner with Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and other Marketing teams to drive rapid growth for Owner.com.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
What you’ll do
Own and scale paid social acquisition: Set the strategy and lead execution and optimization of our Meta and TikTok campaigns to drive efficient, scalable customer acquisition.
Own full-funnel performance: Look beyond top-of-funnel metrics. Use lead quality, pipeline conversion, customer acquisition costs, and revenue outcomes to guide campaign strategy and investment decisions.
Manage paid social budget allocation: Build a process for monitoring performance and allocating budget across channels, campaigns, and products.
Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap: Develop and run structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing pages to unlock incremental growth.
Lead creative strategy and testing: Partner with Creative to develop high-potential ad concepts, iterate on winning ads, and share creative insights that improve performance.
Identify new growth opportunities: Stay current on platform trends, emerging ad formats, and targeting capabilities to find new ways to reach and convert our audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with external agencies and our Analytics, Marketing Operations, Creative, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve tracking, lead quality, and downstream conversion.
Build AI-powered workflows: Identify and implement ways to use AI and automation to speed up creative testing, improve campaign management, and increase efficiency.
Build scalable performance reporting: Create automated, easy-to-understand reporting that shares useful insights and learnings across the business.
The impact you’ll have
Build a repeatable process for faster creative testing.
Automate budget allocation decisions across paid social campaigns.
Test landing page designs to improve conversion rates.
Share creative learnings across teams to unlock cross-functional opportunities.
In your first 30 days:
Drive an approximately 10% improvement in ROI across Meta and TikTok.

Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into effective paid social creative.
A systems mindset and experience building scalable processes.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to turn data into actionable insights, engage a range of stakeholders, and influence business decisions.
