Growth Marketing Manager

Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Hybrid and Contract Industry: Digital Consulting Reports To: Chief Growth Officer Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing execution for a new consumer innovation product in the youth and learning category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across both digital and offline touchpoints shaping how the brand connects with a young, dynamic audience. Key Responsibilities * Translate the company's marketing strategy into actionable, high-performing campaigns. * Lead and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs including recruitment, briefing, and performance tracking. * Oversee content creation and storytelling across social media, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and retail channels. * Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. * Develop and optimize remarketing funnels, conversion tracking, and customer lifecycle journeys. * Work closely with the Channel & Growth team to align marketing efforts with business and sales objectives. * Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, report on ROI, and implement continuous improvements. Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. * 4-6 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or growth marketing preferably within FMCG, startups, or the education/learning sector. * Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns and driving measurable growth. * Hands-on experience with digital ad management tools and analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and creative briefing skills. * Excellent communication and analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
