Job Description: Growth Marketing Manager (Media Buying & Placements) Location: Remote (EU) Sector: Adult Our client, a fast-growing tech company operating in the AI and digital entertainment space, is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of user acquisition across two critical pillars: paid media buying and strategic placements. Role Overview The Growth Marketing Manager will drive scalable user acquisition by managing campaigns on high-traffic adult advertising networks—including ExoClick, TrafficJunky, and TrafficStars—while expanding into mainstream channels where viable. This position requires managing budgets, developing targeting strategies, executing rapid creative testing, and scaling profitable campaigns. Beyond paid media, the successful candidate will spearhead placement acquisition by securing prime real estate on review sites, comparison articles, and "best AI girlfriend apps" roundups. This involves direct outreach to publishers and affiliates, pitching value propositions, negotiating rates, and transforming referral traffic into a consistent, repeatable acquisition channel. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end paid media lifecycle from budget allocation and audience targeting to creative iteration and performance scaling. Run and optimize campaigns across specialized adult networks (ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars) alongside mainstream advertising platforms. Execute outreach strategies targeting publishers, review sites, and affiliate networks to lock in high-converting editorial and banner placements. Build and maintain a predictable pipeline of external partnerships through proactive pitching and deal negotiation. Integrate AI tools (such as Claude) into daily workflows for high-volume creative testing, data reporting, performance analysis, and personalized outreach. Requirements Demonstrable track record in user acquisition backed by verifiable metrics: managed budgets, target CPA, ROAS, and successful placements supported by data. Deep proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking. Strong communication and negotiation skills for publisher outreach, rate setting, and affiliate management. High degree of AI fluency, with practical experience using LLMs to scale marketing operations. Professional comfort working daily with NSFW creative assets and adult ad networks. Preferred Qualifications Existing, active relationships with representatives at ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, or key adult review and affiliate networks. Prior hands-on experience running profitable campaigns in the adult vertical, or adjacent high-performance sectors such as iGaming, dating, or forex.
