• Execute A/B Testing: Use our core playbook as a baseline, but run manual call tests, iterate tactics, and engineer higher conversion rates.
• Lead Top-Tier Talent: Recruit, select, and mentor 8–15 high-performing remote sales representatives.
• Leverage AI Coaching: Utilize AI-generated call analysis systems to cut out manual QA bloat and focus 100% of your energy on high-impact strategy and coaching.
