Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of one of our web-based AI companionship products and drive its next stage of growth.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who wants to own a product as a business — not just manage a backlog or ship features. You will be responsible for understanding what prevents the product from growing, identifying the highest-impact opportunities, and turning them into measurable improvements.

Your core focus will be on LTV, conversion, retention, monetization, and overall product quality. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, content, creative, and payment teams while remaining personally involved in analytics, experimentation, prioritization, and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end and drive its development in alignment with business goals.

• Increase LTV, conversion to payer, retention, and overall monetization performance.

• Identify product bottlenecks, usability issues, and growth opportunities, and turn them into clear priorities.

• Run product experiments and evaluate their impact on key metrics.

• Conduct deep product analytics using tools such as Amplitude and BI dashboards.

• Work closely with engineering to improve product quality, resolve critical issues, and deliver high-impact changes.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and payment teams to improve the full user journey.

• Analyze competitors and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Improve monetization and payment flows together with relevant stakeholders.

• Continuously evaluate whether shipped changes create measurable value for users and the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a B2C subscription product or a substantial product area end-to-end.

• A strong track record of improving product metrics such as LTV, conversion, retention, or revenue.

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and BI dashboards.

• Ability to independently build and interpret funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and product performance reports.

• Strong product thinking: the ability to quickly identify what is not working, understand why, and propose practical solutions.

• A highly hands-on approach — comfortable going deep into the product rather than managing from a distance.

• Strong ownership mentality and the ability to operate autonomously, move fast, and take full responsibility for outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven consumer products.

• Experience with AI companionship, social discovery, dating, entertainment, or other engagement-heavy B2C products.

• Experience with payment-sensitive or high-volume subscription products.

• Experience in gaming, affiliate-driven products, or other highly performance-oriented B2C environments.

• Vibe-coded pet projects / features.
