Our flagship product, Genora AI, has already reached nearly 3 million users worldwide — and we’re just getting started.
We are now scaling our web direction and are looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive the next stage of growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for our first Growth Product Manager (Web) — a key role responsible for building the growth function from scratch.
You will work at the intersection of product, analytics, and marketing, directly impacting core business metrics such as conversion, revenue, and user growth.
This role comes with a high level of ownership and autonomy, with a clear opportunity to grow into a Head of Growth Product (Web) position in the future.

This role comes with a high level of ownership and autonomy, with a clear opportunity to grow into a Head of Growth Product (Web) position in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Own and improve the web activation and monetization funnel, from first visit to first payment and renewal
- Find weak spots in web onboarding, checkout, and early user flows, and turn them into experiments
- Test and roll out new (sometimes bold) activation and monetization mechanics: offers, triggers, flows, paywalls, pricing
- Own the payment flow on web: work with Stripe / Paddle integrations, payment methods, failed payments, refunds, and chargebacks together with engineering
- Balance revenue growth with long-term user retention
- Increase conversion across key funnel steps (activation, conversion, retention)
- Run A/B tests end-to-end: form hypotheses, launch experiments, analyze results, and scale what works
- Set up and maintain funnel analytics: events, dashboards, and reports
- Work closely with product, marketing, design, and analytics
- Contribute to UX wireframes and UI mockups
About You
- 3+ years as a Growth Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
- Hands-on experience with B2C products and web2web funnels (landing, quiz/onboarding, paywall, checkout), especially activation
- Hands-on experience with payment integrations on web: Stripe and/or Paddle (subscriptions, trials, webhooks, payment methods, refunds, chargebacks)
- Proven track record of improving conversion, ARPU, and LTV
- Experience launching new products or funnels from scratch
- Solid analytics skills (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
- Good understanding of unit economics and core product metrics
- Data-driven mindset: you rely on experiments, not opinions
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, analytics)
- English at Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with other payment systems (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, local payment methods)
- Experience with subscription tooling (e.g. RevenueCat, Chargebee) and billing analytics
- Experience with fraud and dispute prevention
- Experience setting up analytics from scratch (events, dashboards)
