CraftOS is developing advanced AI agents to help businesses run their operations after they have built their product. It has never been easier to launch an MVP. But once the product is ready to scale, many founders (solo entrepreneurs and small teams) get bogged down by the day-to-day grind of running the company.

We want to provide them with AI agents that help founders operate their startups, making intelligent decisions and automating the process of building and running a business.

We are looking for a Growth Specialist to help us acquire users, improve conversion, and build repeatable growth channels. You will be expected to test ideas, measure results, and figure out what works.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
  • Evaluate and improve existing acquisition channels while identifying new opportunities.
  • Run experiments across channels such as SEO, partnerships, founder communities, outbound, referral programs, Product Hunt, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor channel performance, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and other key growth metrics.
  • Work with product and engineering on initiatives that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Help improve/automate the company's growth analytics, reporting, and experimentation processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product growth, growth marketing, or a similar role at a software company.
  • Demonstrated experience improving metrics such as activation, retention, paid conversion, revenue, or qualified pipeline.
  • Experience managing and improving at least one meaningful acquisition channel.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with funnel, cohort, retention, and conversion data.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Business-level written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a SaaS, software, or technology company.
  • Experience managing growth across more than one stage of the customer journey.
  • Experience marketing or selling to founders, startups, or small businesses.
  • Experience with product-led growth.
  • Experience with SEO or programmatic SEO.
  • Experience building or managing outbound systems using tools such as Apollo, Clay, enrichment tools, or workflow automation.
  • Experience working across product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong AI literacy

Benefits

  • Early employee equity + salary.
  • Flexible work (hybrid in Fukuoka or remote).
  • Japanese social insurance and commuter benefits if on-site.

Remember: this is not just a marketing role, you are invited to lead, influence, and co-create the future of the company.
