GTM Co-Founder at Everia | Remote | Equity-Based

Everia is building an AI-native workspace that brings project management, testing, time tracking, and knowledge together in one place.

We’re looking for a GTM Co-Founder to help take Everia to the next stage of growth by owning market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

What you’ll own:

• 🌍 Market entry and expansion across European markets
• 🎯 Positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• 🤝 Strategic partnerships and business development
• 📈 Customer acquisition, revenue growth, and scaling
• 💬 Building relationships with potential customers and turning opportunities into traction

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy and growth
• Strong understanding of European markets, particularly the Nordics, Germany, UK, Netherlands, or France
• Experience building sales pipelines, acquiring customers, and developing partnerships
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and execute independently
• Someone who wants to build a company, not just take on a job

Compensation and commitment:

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, not a salaried position at this stage. The role is structured around an equity partnership, with the details to be discussed based on experience, contribution, and mutual fit.
