Join us to shape the next generation of staffing in Sweden

We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally focused Head of Business Performance and Finance to strengthen our business performance, financial leadership and revenue operations in one of the staffing industry's most ambitious and fast-evolving companies.

This is not a traditional finance role.

As a key member of the Swedish Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a central role in driving profitable growth, improving commercial and operational performance, and building the structures needed to scale our business.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Operations and Technology, combining financial leadership, commercial insight and data-driven decision-making to help shape the next generation of staffing in Sweden.

Your key responsibilities

Financial leadership & business performance

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the Swedish business.

  • Drive P&L performance across business areas, with a strong focus on revenue, gross margin, profitability, productivity and cost efficiency.

  • Develop customer, contract and business area profitability analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.

  • Identify performance gaps, challenge underlying assumptions and drive corrective actions together with business leaders.

  • Provide the Country Manager and Leadership Team with clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions and profitable growth.

  • Revenue Operations & commercial performance

  • Own and develop the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, connecting sales pipeline, customer development, operational capacity and financial outcomes.

  • Establish consistent commercial KPIs and performance reporting across the sales organization and business areas.

  • Improve pipeline visibility, sales performance analysis, conversion tracking and forecast accuracy.

  • Support sales planning, target setting, performance reviews and the development of a more structured, data-driven sales organization.

  • Analyze customer development, pricing, margins, revenue opportunities and commercial risks.

  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to improve the connection between commercial commitments, delivery capabilities and financial performance.

  • Drive continuous improvements in CRM data quality, reporting, processes and sales performance tools, including Salesforce.

  • Operational performance & business intelligence

  • Develop a consistent performance management framework across the Swedish organization, including KPIs, dashboards and business reviews.

  • Connect operational performance indicators such as productivity, workforce utilization, fulfilment, attendance and delivery efficiency to financial results.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and profitability through better processes, technology and automation.

  • Strengthen business ownership and accountability by enabling managers to understand and actively manage their performance.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights, priorities and actions.

  • Financial governance & global collaboration

  • Act as a key partner between the Swedish business and Global Finance, Accounting and Treasury.

  • Ensure reliable financial reporting, robust forecasting processes and strong financial controls.

  • Support compliance with Swedish financial and statutory requirements in collaboration with the relevant finance functions.

  • Develop scalable processes and reporting structures that improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making.

  • Drive the adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions within finance and business performance management.

  • Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced business leader with a strong financial foundation, commercial mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.

You understand that financial performance is created in the business, not in spreadsheets alone.

You are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders, working across functions and taking ownership of complex business challenges.

    We believe you bring

  • Solid experience in a senior Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling, Revenue Operations or Business Performance role.

  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, P&L management and profitability improvement.

  • Strong commercial understanding, including sales performance, revenue forecasting, pipeline management and pricing.

  • Experience developing performance management frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures and scalable business processes.

  • A track record of working closely with senior management and influencing strategic and operational decisions.

  • Previous leadership experience, with the ability to drive change, build accountability and develop others.

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and governance.

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM and business intelligence tools, with an interest in AI and automation.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

  • Experience from staffing, outsourcing, logistics or other people-intensive service industries is highly valued. Experience from an international organization is also an advantage.
