About the role Percona is hiring a GTM Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for our Cloud Native product line: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators. You will work alongside the Product Marketing Manager / GTM Owner to keep launches, campaigns, content, and community programs running on time and organized, giving you hands-on exposure to product marketing for a Kubernetes-native, open source product line. What you'll do Coordinate launch logistics for new releases, features, and service offerings: timelines, checklists, cross-team follow-ups, and asset tracking. Help build and maintain GTM assets, including web page updates, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials, working from briefs provided by the PMM/GTM Owner. Support community, partner, and customer engagement activity, including coordinating interviews, gathering testimonials, and organizing case study material. Maintain and organize customer evidence: interview notes, quotes, proof points, and research inputs. Track campaign performance data and help prepare reporting on segmentation and demand generation results. Coordinate with Digital Marketing on scheduling and asset delivery for content, SEO, PPC, email, and social channels. Support event and CFP logistics for Kubernetes and database community events (submission tracking, deadlines, speaker coordination) What you'll bring An interest in tech marketing. 1+ years of experience in a marketing, GTM, or coordination role. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once. Good writing skills and attention to detail. Basic comfort with data: pulling numbers together, spotting patterns, building simple reports. Fluency in English (written and spoken). A proactive mindset: comfortable asking questions, following up, and keeping things moving without needing every step spelt out. Why Percona? At Percona, we believe an open world is a better world.
