The Role

Lawmatics is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to build and own the programs, systems, and resources that help our Sales and Customer Success teams perform at their best.

This role will own enablement across the employee lifecycle, from new-hire onboarding and certification to new product readiness, ongoing product and skills reinforcement, and performance coaching programs.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who loves developing people but also thinks systematically about how learning translates into performance. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership to identify gaps, develop scalable programs, and ensure our customer-facing teams have the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Success in this role is not measured simply by how much training gets delivered. It is measured by whether our teams learn faster, ramp faster, retain what they learn, consistently apply best practices, and ultimately perform better.

Please note: We are a hybrid company that works out of our office in San Diego, CA Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

What You'll Own

GTM Onboarding & Certification

Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Sales and Customer Success team members.

  • Design and continuously improve role-specific onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Build structured learning paths with clear milestones, expectations, assessments, and certifications.
  • Develop 30/60/90-day learning and ramp frameworks in partnership with GTM leadership.
  • Facilitate live training, workshops, role plays, call reviews, and certification sessions.
  • Create objective certification standards that ensure new hires demonstrate proficiency before advancing.
  • Partner with frontline managers to create a seamless transition from formal onboarding into ongoing coaching and development.
  • Measure onboarding effectiveness through ramp time, certification performance, manager feedback, and early employee performance.

Product Enablement & Launch Readiness

Own GTM readiness for new Lawmatics products, features, and major product updates.

  • Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to translate product releases into practical, role-specific training for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Build launch enablement plans that ensure GTM teams understand not only how a product works, but the customer problems it solves and how to effectively communicate its value.
  • Develop training materials, talk tracks, demo guidance, FAQs, use cases, objection handling, and other field-ready resources.
  • Build and administer product certifications when appropriate.
  • Establish clear readiness standards for major product launches.
  • Gather feedback from the field and create a feedback loop with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership.

Continuous Learning & Reinforcement

Build an enablement program that extends well beyond onboarding.

  • Develop an ongoing GTM learning curriculum focused on product knowledge, customer conversations, methodology, process, and role-specific skills.
  • Build reinforcement programs that ensure important concepts are retained and consistently applied over time.
  • Establish regular training and development cadences across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Create targeted training programs based on observed performance gaps and changing business priorities.
  • Develop recertification programs for critical skills, products, and processes.
  • Curate and maintain a centralized library of best practices, playbooks, examples, and training resources.
  • Own and maintain competitive battlecards with up-to-date competitor insights and clear positioning on why Lawmatics wins.
  • Identify top performers and subject matter experts and turn what they do well into repeatable best practices for the broader organization.

Performance Enablement & Technology

Use technology and performance data to connect training with what is actually happening in customer conversations.

  • Own and optimize Lawmatics' use of Gong as an enablement and coaching platform.
  • Build and maintain Gong scorecards that reinforce the behaviors and competencies expected across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Develop best-practice call libraries that give team members real examples of great discovery, demos, objection handling, customer conversations, and other critical moments.
  • Use Gong insights, scorecards, call reviews, and performance data to identify organizational skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with frontline managers to develop repeatable coaching frameworks and workflows.
  • Evaluate and recommend enablement technology that can improve learning, certification, knowledge management, coaching, or productivity.
  • Establish reporting that connects enablement participation and proficiency with field performance.

How You'll Work Cross-Functionally

Enablement sits at the intersection of nearly every GTM function. You'll partner closely with:

  • Sales & CS Leadership to identify performance gaps, establish competency standards, and prioritize enablement initiatives.
  • Frontline Managers to reinforce training through coaching and ensure new skills become consistent behaviors.
  • Product & Product Marketing to translate product innovation into field readiness and effective customer conversations.
  • Revenue Operations to align enablement with GTM processes, systems, reporting, and performance data.
  • People/HR to create a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience for new GTM employees.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related role within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience building and owning structured onboarding and certification programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training content from scratch and translate complex concepts into simple, practical learning experiences.
  • Experience enabling both Sales and Customer Success teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead engaging live and virtual training.
  • Experience using Gong or another conversation intelligence platform for coaching, scorecards, call analysis, and best-practice development.
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A data-driven approach to enablement with experience measuring program effectiveness and using performance insights to determine where training is needed.
  • Strong written communication and content-development skills.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility across frontline employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where you'll need to build structure while also executing the work yourself.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Customer Success role.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or legal technology.
  • Experience building enablement programs in a scaling SaaS organization.
  • Experience administering an LMS or enablement platform.
  • Experience building competency frameworks, certification programs, or formal coaching programs.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will have:

  • Built a repeatable, measurable onboarding and certification program across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Established clear proficiency standards for key GTM roles.
  • Created a repeatable enablement process for every major product launch.
  • Developed an ongoing learning and reinforcement cadence that extends beyond new-hire onboarding.
  • Built Gong scorecards, coaching workflows, and best-practice libraries that managers and team members actively use.
  • Reduced time-to-productivity for new hires while improving consistency in how Lawmatics is positioned and represented to prospects and customers.
  • Established measurable enablement KPIs and a regular reporting cadence for GTM leadership.
  • Continue fostering a culture where training is not a one-time event, but an ongoing system for improving performance.
