ThoughtSpot is a Data & AI platform that helps companies turn data into enterprise advantage. We're Gartner MQ leaders with more than 1,000 customers globally and offices in Mountain View, Chicago, London, Bangalore, Sydney, and Tokyo.
What's The Role?
ThoughtSpot is hiring a GTM Enablement Program Lead to own how our products are positioned and sold in the field. You'll run two flagship live programmes, weekly readiness sessions for the broader revenue field and a recurring technical enablement cadence for Sales Engineers and the post-sales community, and you'll own the operating rhythm behind both: intake, agenda, speaker alignment, dry runs, and delivery, every week, without fail.
This is program ownership, not content management. You set the agenda, secure the right voices, and run the room, turning a fast-moving product and competitive environment into clear, high-signal readiness the field can act on immediately.
What You'll Do...
- Own the operating rhythm — stand up and run the intake, agenda-setting, review, and delivery cycles for both live programs, keeping every session on track with real program management (speaker alignment, dry runs, dependencies, and a cadence that never slips).
- Own governance and prioritization — manage incoming requests and the topic backlog across both programs; work with the regional councils and leadership to ratify what makes the agenda and when.
- Build Relationships - establish trust and credibility with audiences across GTM, Product, and Marketing.
- Spot what's working — through the review cadence you run, identify the content, plays, and approaches that are actually landing with sellers, SEs, and customers, and flag them as opportunities worth scaling across regions.
- Keep the field ahead of the product — partner with Product, Product Marketing, and SE/field leadership so new releases, competitive shifts, and pricing changes are translated into field-ready enablement before they hit deals.
- Industry Demo Environments - Work with relevant teams to ensure that all field demo assets are up to date, easily accessible and reflect our latest product offerings
- Voice of the Customer - Work with SE and Product leadership on a Voice of the Customer program to understand and synthesize what customers are experiencing back into our GTM readiness.
- Drive competitive and product readiness — ensure consistent delivery of product positioning, competitive differentiation, and sales-play activation, anchored to our core messaging frameworks.
- Own the reporting cadence — publish attendance, engagement, and adoption insights across both programs; own progress comms and the slideware that keeps leadership aligned.
- Ensure delivery and adoption — sessions and materials must ship into actual field use and drive real change in how teams position and sell, not just get built or attended.
What You Bring...
- Industry experience in Analytics or AI for Business Intelligence
- Proven experience in Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, or GTM roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
- Confident facilitator with strong presence across virtual and live settings (field training, webinars, recorded sessions)
- Technical and product fluency — able to work closely with SEs, translate roadmap and competitive detail into field-ready readiness, and hold your own with a technical audience
- Operationally sharp: strong program- and project-management instincts, able to run multiple recurring, high-visibility programs in parallel and hit a weekly cadence without fail
- Data-driven mindset — turning attendance, engagement, and adoption data into program improvements
- Excellent communicator and business partner who works effectively across product, marketing, sales, SE, and post-sales
12-Month Outcomes...
- Both live programmes run on a predictable weekly cadence with no missed sessions, supported by a working intake, agenda-setting, and review process you've stood up or refined.
- Field teams can point to specific plays or content from your programmes that changed how they sold a deal, tracked through attendance, engagement, and adoption data you report on regularly.
- New product releases, competitive shifts, and pricing changes reach the field as ready-to-use enablement before they show up in live deals.
- Demo environments and assets across the field are current, accessible, and reflect the latest product, verified through a process you own.
- A working Voice of Customer loop feeds what customers are experiencing back into GTM readiness, with evidence that leadership and SE leadership act on it.
Who this is for...
- You've run a recurring, high-visibility programme end-to-end (enablement, readiness, or similar) and can point to attendance, adoption, or pipeline impact it drove.
- You're comfortable in front of a room of Sales Engineers and can hold a technical conversation about product and competitive detail without a product manager translating for you.
- You treat a weekly cadence as non-negotiable and bring the programme-management instincts (dependencies, dry runs, backlog governance) to make that real.
- You use data, attendance, engagement, adoption, to decide what to change in the programme, not just what to report.
Who this is not for... - You want to build enablement content and hand it off; this role owns the live delivery and the programme, not just the material.
- You need a fully scoped playbook on day one; you'll be shaping the operating rhythm and the agenda, not following one that already exists.
- You're not comfortable pushing back on product, marketing, or sales leadership when their content or readiness isn't landing with the field
