About Us
Plentific is redefining how property is managed in real time. Our cloud-based platform, supply chain and services help landlords run repairs, maintenance and compliance faster, with the data to make decisions instantly.
In the UK, we partner with housing associations and local authorities to tackle the sector's biggest challenges: repairs performance, disrepair, damp and mould, compliance and tenant satisfaction.
We're backed by world-class investors including Noa, Highland Europe, Brookfield, Mubadala, RXR Digital Ventures and Target Global. Headquartered in London with a global outlook, we're working towards managing over 2 million properties through our platform.
The Role
As Commercial AI Ops (GTM Engineer), you'll help change how Plentific's commercial teams work. You'll sit within the Strategy & Go-to-Market team and own the Commercial AI Hub end to end: the skills, automations and AI capabilities that Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps use every day.
The Commercial AI Hub is already live and in use. Your job is to scale it. That means prioritising the roadmap, turning business problems into clear requirements, building and shipping new capabilities, and driving adoption across the commercial organisation. You'll build most things yourself with low-code and AI-native tools. For integrations and larger projects, such as a shared commercial knowledge base or “second brain”, you'll design the solution and then - where required - work with IT and Engineering to deliver it.
Alongside the Hub, you'll support commercial leadership on target account prioritisation and sales outreach coordination, and help design and improve the commercial processes the team runs on.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, structured in how they solve problems, and keen to learn how AI can change the way a B2B team sells and serves customers.
This role is based in London (hybrid).
Responsibilities
Commercial AI Hub Ownership
Own the Commercial AI Hub end to end: roadmap, prioritisation, delivery and adoption
Work with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Supply Chain and RevOps to find, size and prioritise high-value AI use cases
Gather requirements and turn them into clear scopes, with defined phasing and acceptance criteria
Build and ship skills, automations and AI capabilities with tools such as Claude Cowork, Claude Code and workflow automation platforms
Design larger or integration-heavy projects (e.g. connectors to core systems, a shared knowledge base or “second brain”) and work with IT and Engineering to implement them
Drive adoption by onboarding users, gathering feedback and iterating on what's live
Safeguard compliance with AI governance, data protection (GDPR) and InfoSec/IT standards, working closely with IT on approved tools, access and guardrails
Support commercial leadership with target account list prioritisation through structured analysis, data enrichment and recommendations
Coordinate sales outreach plays with Sales and Marketing, keeping execution aligned and on track, with scope to automate outreach plays over time
Map, design and improve commercial processes, and find where AI or automation can remove friction
Give senior commercial leadership clear updates, analysis and recommendations
Skills
Hands-on, builder mindset: you'd rather prototype something than write a long deck about it
Strong grasp of low-code, automation and AI tooling, including prompting, workflow design and light scripting
Able to turn ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and working solutions
Strong stakeholder management: you can influence and align teams without direct authority
Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and prioritisation
Commercial acumen and an understanding of B2B GTM motions
A strong drive to learn and experiment with new AI tools as the field moves
Experience and Qualifications
Around 3–5 years in GTM, RevOps, sales operations, commercial strategy or consulting
Track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives or internal tooling that people actually use
Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and/or RevOps teams
Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork and Claude Code is strongly preferred. Side projects and personal builds count. Your willingness to learn matters more than your current depth.
Background in management consulting or a highly structured environment is a plus
Experience in B2B SaaS or other high-growth technology businesses preferred
Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Salesloft (or other outreach solutions), N8N, Clay, B2B sales in public sector / housing
