Show job description
Oritain is a global leader in forensic origin verification of products and raw materials. With offices in London, Auckland, Dunedin, Paris, Singapore and Washington D.C, our vision is to be the source of truth in global supply chains.

Through our proprietary methodology, our mission is to harness cutting edge science, data, and specialised services to create a community of origin verified buyers and suppliers, protecting our people and planet. We empower the world’s leading brands to make positive changes across their supply chain; ensuring product integrity, meeting regulatory demands, and reducing the risk of fraud and unethical sourcing, creating real change in our world.

About the role:
Demand for supply chain transparency is growing fast, driven by new regulation, better data and rising reputational risk. To meet it, we need a go-to-market engine as rigorous as our science. That’s where you come in.

As our first GTM (go-to-market) Engineer, you’ll join the Growth Marketing team in London, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. You’ll own one go-to-market engine across Oritain and our network of specialist laboratories: Isotrace, Agroisolab, Imprint Analytics and AIA. That means the CRM, automation, enrichment, lead scoring, data pipelines and reporting that turn interest into qualified pipeline, built with HubSpot, Salesforce, Claude and the tools you choose to bring in.

You’ll also lead the digital integration of our lab network. Each lab currently runs its own website and marketing, and you’ll shape the approach that brings them together under the Oritain brand.

You’ll work most closely with our sales leaders across every region and with our revenue operations team. This role suits someone who’s as comfortable building an AI workflow that sharpens account targeting as getting sales to trust and use what it produces. If you’d rather ship a working system than write a spec for one, and you see unfinished processes as an opportunity rather than a frustration, there’s a lot here for you to shape.

What you'll be doing

In your first year, you’ll lead the digital integration of our lab network as each business moves under the Oritain brand. That includes consolidating and migrating websites, and bringing SEO, site performance, tracking and tag management under Oritain ownership. You’ll also build the calls to action, conversion paths and user journeys that turn website traffic into qualified enquiries.

At the heart of the role, you’ll centralise our marketing backend in HubSpot and evolve it towards AI and agent-led workflows that replace manual effort across marketing and sales. You’ll build enrichment waterfalls and intent-signal workflows, using Clay or similar tools, to sharpen account targeting and prioritisation. You’ll structure the data pipelines that connect external data sources, AI models and our core CRM, and own our lead scoring model, tuning it as new fit and engagement signals come online.

You’ll design and maintain nurture journeys for our supplier and buyer audiences, and manage outbound infrastructure and email deliverability, including DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. You’ll also automate our weekly and monthly reporting, from performance dashboards through to executive and board-level reporting.

Throughout, you’ll partner with our sales leaders and revenue operations team on lead routing, account routing and territory coverage. And you’ll document what you build, so our systems and knowledge never depend on one person.

What we're looking for

You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in demand generation, growth engineering, marketing operations or performance and digital marketing, ideally in B2B. You’ll have hands-on ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce, experience with newer GTM tools such as Clay, Instantly or Smartlead, and practical experience using AI tools such as Claude to build workflows and automation.

You’re comfortable with the technical detail, from CMS platforms, tracking implementation and technical SEO to email deliverability infrastructure. You’ve built or maintained lead scoring models, and analytics and attribution frameworks that go beyond running reports. You also understand B2B lifecycle stages and how marketing, sales and revenue operations data fit together.

You can manage several cross-functional workstreams at once, and explain technical decisions clearly to senior leaders and non-technical colleagues while helping them adopt new ways of working. Above all, you have a bias for action, fix root causes rather than symptoms, and are open to owning mistakes and learning from them.

Bonus points if you build GTM workflows or experiment with new tools in your own time. We’d love to hear about your side projects.

What you'll get

We’re a growing business, and we believe in growing our people with it. You’ll have real ownership from day one, room to stretch into new challenges, and a leadership team that’s visible, approachable and open to your ideas.
