Atticor is an AI-powered legal services platform redefining how lawyers deliver justice to injured people.
Great lawyers serve their clients best when they can focus on legal practice, not on troubleshooting their case management system, tracking medical records, dealing with accounting headaches, or managing marketing campaigns. Atticor handles the complex machinery of the modern legal business, liberating top-tier lawyers to do what they do best: practice law.
Atticor was built by legal entrepreneurs who revolutionized mass claims litigation at scale and built technology and operational infrastructure that has served over 1.5 million clients and generated over $3 billion in gross recoveries, comprising a Case Acquisition Engine, Decision Infrastructure, Agentic AI Workflow & Operations, and an Institutional-Grade Backbone.
Summary
Atticor is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the websites, systems and automations that power lead generation across our portfolio of legal brands. You'll own the full acquisition stack, from landing pages and tracking to integrations and AI-enabled workflows, with a clear focus on conversion rate, lead quality and cost per signed case.
This is a full-time, remote position. Compensation for the role is an annual base salary of $140,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.
What You'll Do
Web Development & Conversion Optimization
- Own the development, performance and ongoing optimization of high-converting websites and landing pages across Atticor's legal brands.
- Build responsive, accessible, mobile-first experiences with close attention to design fidelity, page speed and usability.
- Translate Figma designs and marketing requirements into production-ready web experiences.
- Develop reusable components, templates and frameworks that speed up landing page deployment across brands.
- Implement and maintain experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, personalization and CRO.
- Optimize site architecture, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and page performance to improve paid media efficiency.
- Partner with performance marketing to test new landing page experiences and improve conversion rates and cost per signed case.
GTM Systems & Marketing Automation
- Design, build and maintain the technical systems behind lead generation, attribution, qualification, routing and conversion.
- Develop integrations connecting websites, marketing platforms, CRM systems, intake platforms, analytics tools and internal applications.
- Build automated workflows that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy and accelerate lead processing.
- Improve how leads move from initial acquisition through intake and client conversion.
- Develop scalable solutions that work across multiple brands while accommodating brand-specific needs.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, tracking and workflow issues across the marketing technology stack.
AI & Growth Engineering
- Identify and implement practical uses of AI to improve marketing efficiency, campaign execution, lead qualification and operations.
- Build AI-enabled automations and internal tools using APIs, LLMs and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Prototype and deploy solutions that streamline repetitive marketing processes and accelerate experimentation.
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and where they can create measurable business value.
- Partner with marketing and technology stakeholders to integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing GTM infrastructure.
Analytics, Attribution & Experimentation
- Implement and maintain reliable event tracking, conversion tracking and marketing attribution infrastructure.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure accurate data flows between ad platforms, websites, CRM systems and intake systems.
- Develop technical solutions that support experimentation, funnel analysis and performance measurement.
- Diagnose conversion bottlenecks and use data to prioritize engineering improvements.
- Establish monitoring and QA processes so tracking, integrations and lead capture run reliably.
Technical Ownership & Collaboration
- Serve as a senior technical resource within Marketing, setting development standards and scalable engineering practices.
- Own projects end to end, from technical discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, analysts and operational leaders to turn business objectives into technical solutions.
- Balance engineering quality with the speed and experimentation a performance-driven marketing environment demands.
- Create clear documentation and reusable solutions that reduce technical debt and support future growth.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers and technical marketers as the team grows.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology or a closely related technical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Proven experience building and optimizing production websites and landing pages with measurable conversion outcomes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations and backend services.
- Experience designing automated workflows that connect multiple business systems.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, event tracking, conversion APIs and attribution technologies.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and major digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and performance-driven web development.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data structures and data flows between systems.
- Experience with Git, modern deployment pipelines, testing and production debugging.
- Ability to independently scope technical problems, recommend solutions and execute with limited oversight.
- Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, accessibility and technical SEO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs, agentic frameworks or automation tools.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js for scripting, backend services and integrations.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, lead management and call-tracking platforms.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions and Meta Conversions API.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, serverless functions and scalable web architectures.
- Background in high-volume lead generation, performance marketing or direct-response marketing.
- Experience supporting multiple brands, business units or websites within a shared technology ecosystem.
- Exposure to lead scoring, predictive analytics or AI-assisted qualification workflows.
What Makes Someone Successful Here
- You're a builder first. You enjoy writing code, solving hard technical problems and seeing your work go live. This isn't a vendor-coordination or project-management role.
- You think beyond the website. A landing page is one part of a larger acquisition system. You care what happens before someone arrives, after they submit a form, and whether that lead becomes a client.
- You move quickly without sacrificing quality. Campaigns move fast and priorities evolve, and your solutions stay reliable and practical.
- You have strong product and design instincts. You notice when a page feels slow, a flow creates friction or a design isn't implemented correctly, because those details affect conversion.
- You're commercially minded. Engineering decisions should support business outcomes, and you're motivated by gains in conversion rate, lead quality, efficiency and cost per signed case.
- You embrace AI and automation. You actively look for ways to eliminate manual processes and solve problems with emerging technology.
- You take ownership. You don't wait for every requirement to be prescribed. You ask questions, spot opportunities, propose solutions and follow through.
