GTM Engineer (Clay & Claude)

We're looking for a GTM Engineer who lives inside Clay and Claude . This is not a generalist automation or RevOps role. You will spend the majority of your time building and scaling Clay-powered enrichment workflows and Claude-driven AI agents that turn raw prospect data into personalized, actionable outbound assets at scale. Clay is your primary build environment. Claude is your primary intelligence layer. You need to be deeply fluent in both, not just familiar. That means building advanced Clay tables from scratch, writing Claude prompts that produce structured and reliable research outputs, optimizing waterfall enrichment across providers, and connecting everything into CRM pipelines that activate automatically. If you are not working in Clay and Claude daily right now, this role is not the right fit. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive High ownership over go-to-market data infrastructure with direct revenue impact Work at the cutting edge of AI-powered outbound in a fast-moving, experimentation-driven environment What You'll Work On Clay Table Architecture and Workflow Building Design and build advanced Clay tables from scratch to support outbound and enrichment campaigns at scale Create structured multi-step Clay workflows that handle thousands of records without breaking or requiring manual intervention Build and maintain reusable Clay data models that support sales, marketing, and RevOps use cases simultaneously Own the full Clay table lifecycle from initial architecture through ongoing optimization and maintenance Claude-Powered Enrichment and AI Agent Development Use Claude as the primary intelligence layer for all Claygent prompt development and structured research automation inside Clay Write, test, and iterate on Claude prompts until outputs are structured, reliable, and production-ready, not just good enough Use Claude to extract meaningful signals from websites, LinkedIn profiles, job postings, and unstructured web sources Continuously refine Claude prompt logic based on output quality, accuracy, and enrichment coverage Optimize the balance between Claude model selection, prompt complexity, and Clay credit spend for maximum efficiency Waterfall Enrichment Optimization Design and implement waterfall enrichment sequences across multiple Clay-connected data providers Continuously test and improve provider sequencing to maximize coverage while minimizing wasted credits Diagnose enrichment gaps, monitor accuracy across live Clay workflows, and implement fixes proactively CRM Integration and Outbound Activation Integrate Clay outputs directly into Salesforce or HubSpot with clean field mapping, structured data syncing, and automated triggers Ensure enriched Clay data flows into CRM pipelines without hygiene issues or data loss Build outbound activation logic that connects Clay-enriched records to sequencing tools and campaign execution GTM Collaboration and Infrastructure Ownership Partner with sales and RevOps to translate targeting requirements into Clay and Claude-powered technical workflows Support outbound campaigns running at 5,000 or more leads per month using Clay as the core data engine Proactively surface optimization opportunities across the full Clay and Claude stack What You Bring Clay Certification is required and Credly badge verification will be requested Proven production-level experience building advanced Clay tables, multi-step enrichment workflows, and Claygent automations Deep Claude fluency: you write prompts that produce structured, reliable outputs and you iterate until they are production-ready Strong understanding of Clay waterfall enrichment logic, provider sequencing, and credit optimization Direct experience integrating Clay outputs into Salesforce or HubSpot with clean field mapping and automated triggers Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows connected to Clay Experience supporting outbound or RevOps teams with Clay-powered data infrastructure at scale Strong ownership mindset: you improve systems proactively without waiting to be directed Nice to Have Listed as a Clay Expert or Solutions Partner Experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Make, n8n, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator SQL or Python basics for custom data manipulation Experience running outbound campaigns at 5,000 or more leads per month Background in B2B SaaS sales or revenue operations environments How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A portfolio or examples of Clay tables, enrichment workflows, or outbound systems you have built A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) walking through a Clay workflow you built, how you used Claude to develop your Claygent prompts, how you structured waterfall enrichment, and how the data was activated in a CRM or outbound tool Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
