About Lumistry
Lumistry is a pharmacy technology company built by a global team of pharmacists, engineers, developers, and innovators. We build the software independent and enterprise pharmacies use to run their operations and engage patients, including the Lumistry One platform (pharmacy dashboards, patient portals, and paperless education tools), Lumistry Voice (IVR, voice AI, and secure patient communication), and marketing services that help pharmacies attract and retain customers. Our mission is to help pharmacies not just survive, but shine, in the face of an increasingly difficult reimbursement landscape.
The Role
Revenue Operations at Lumistry runs the systems that hold together every deal, every customer handoff, and every dollar that moves through the business. As the company continues its upward trend of success, these systems and processes continue to evolve faster than ever before. We need someone who wants to build, proactively improve, and strategically prepare for the future of the org, all while providing friendly and accessible technical support to the team. You’ll be reporting to and partnering with our technical Revenue Systems Manager and have a high level of support, but the work here doesn’t always arrive pre-scoped and ready to execute. There will be times you are handed a business problem before anyone’s decided what the technical answer looks like, and you’ll be trusted to find it.
That takes a specific kind of person: someone more curious than credentialed, who’s taught themselves half of what they know because they wanted to build something and figured out how. You use AI tools like Claude as a real part of how you work, not a novelty. You’d rather own a problem end to end, from the first messy conversation to the thing that ships, than wait for someone to hand you a spec.
In addition to working with the Revenue Systems Manager, you’ll also partner closely with the GTM Enablement/Admin, and work directly with teams across Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first line for escalations: Handle bug, outage, and real-time request escalations that come in through our #ask-rev-operations channel, moving fast to get people unblocked.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation: Own or assist with Flow and Apex build and update tickets that support GTM processes across every team in Salesforce.
- Keep our systems connected: Assist with system integrations and the custom API data flows that move data cleanly between platforms.
- Build the dashboards that drive decisions: Build on and support our custom dashboard suite using Claude, Firebase, Apps Script, and custom API calls, ensuring that we’re surfacing the right data insights in clean, digestible formats and building the custom tooling that supports the sales process end to end (Customer Health Dashboard, QBR Presentation Builder, ELT Revenue Dashboard, and more).
- Own quality independently: Run QA on your own work without being asked, and pressure-test it by collecting feedback directly from the stakeholders who’ll use it.
- Spot what’s breaking down: Identify process gaps and technical debt, and bring the broader RevOps team a proactive plan to address them.
- Teach what you build: Partner with the GTM Enablement/Admin so every rollout comes with documentation and training the team can actually use, not just a feature that works but nobody understands.
- Partner on the big stuff: Work alongside the Revenue Systems Manager and Director of Revenue Operations on system configuration, complex automations, data architecture decisions, and system re-architecture projects.
What You Bring
- Self-taught technical skills: A demonstrated pattern of teaching yourself technical skills out of genuine curiosity (personal projects, a non-traditional path into ops/Salesforce, self-directed learning). This is the single most predictive trait, more than any credential.
- Real problem decomposition: You can walk through breaking down a genuinely ambiguous problem without being handed a rubric.
- Comfort with AI tools: You use AI tools (Claude, etc.) as a core, expected part of how you build, not something to hide or apologize for.
- Data model thinking: The ability to read a data model and reason about “if this record or process changes, what else does it touch.”
- Deep Salesforce experience: The ability to resolve challenging problems within the system.
- A love of teaching: You genuinely enjoy teaching what you know almost as much as building it. You’re often the person other people come to when they don’t understand why something works the way it does.
- Honest curiosity: Comfort saying “I don’t know how to build that yet, but here’s how I’d figure it out.”
Explicitly Not Required
- No Salesforce Developer certification: Platform Developer I/II is a plus if you have it, not a filter.
- No computer science degree: A prior professional “developer” job title isn’t required either.
Our Tech Stack
You’ll work across our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, TaskRay, Momentum, Outreach, DealHub, Confluence, JIRA, Slack, and Vonage/Dialpad, among other tools. For our custom dashboard suite, you’ll also build with Firebase, Apps Script, and custom API integrations.
Compensation
This role’s salary range is $105,000–$115,000, based on experience.
