másLabor is seeking a Golf & Private Club–Focused H-2B Sales Representative to drive growth within the golf, country club, and private club markets. This role is exclusively responsible for promoting and selling másLabor’s H-2B visa workforce solutions to golf courses and private clubs facing ongoing seasonal and skilled labor challenges.
The ideal candidate is a veteran sales professional with a proven track record of market penetration. They have opened new territories and built them into revenue through research, outbound solicitation, and in-person pursuit. They know how to find the account, get the meeting, and close it.
They bring grit, tenacity, and relentless pursuit. They're a phone warrior who attacks a remote territory all day, every day, and they have the numbers to prove it; documented success against revenue goals and a history of lifting the team around them.
They know golf. Working knowledge of the industry is required; hands-on experience in golf or club operations, agronomy, course maintenance, or hospitality is a strong plus. Better still: strong industry relationships and a trusted in-market presence, ideally with a book of clients ready to be introduced to másLabor and the H-2B program.
They will serve as a consultative partner to club leadership, helping them align workforce strategy with seasonal operational demand, and growing másLabor’s market share in the golf vertical one club, course, and golf resort at a time.
Working at the intersection of labor, international relations, business, and government, joining másLabor will provide hard-working, motivated individuals with a variety of growth potential and career paths. We’re passionate about helping to solve one of the biggest challenges for American businesses; and as we scale and continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious and mission driven individuals to support our GTM efforts.
