JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with strong experience in IT recruitment and proven ability to lead TA team, particularly for international markets. This role is responsible not only for end-to-end recruitment delivery but also for team leadership, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy development to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes across technical roles (mid-level to Tech Lead).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, including task allocation, coaching, performance monitoring and capability development
- Allocate hiring requests effectively and monitor team performance, providing coaching and support when needed
- Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement within the TA team
2. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for critical and senior technical roles when required
- Partner with Resource Manager to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Align hiring plans with resource planning, project pipeline, and business priorities (ITO model)
- Ensure strong pipelines for key positions (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, QA, DevOps, Tech Leads, etc.)
3. Stakeholder & Resource Planning Collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact between TA team and key stakeholders
- Work closely with the Resource Manager on workforce planning, allocation forecasts, and hiring priorities
- Provide consultative advice on hiring plans, talent availability, and market conditions
- Manage expectations and ensure smooth collaboration between TA and delivery/technical teams
4. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Oversee and optimize sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, tech communities, etc.)
- Guide team in building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future resource needs
5. Employer Branding (EB)
- Collaborate with HR/Marketing to define and execute employer branding strategies aligned with hiring goals
- Oversee content creation (job postings, social media, employee stories, etc.)
- Represent the company in tech events, webinars, and community engagement initiatives
6. Process Optimization & Reporting
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and hiring quality
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, fulfillment rate, pipeline health, etc.) and report regularly to the Resource Manager
- Ensure data accuracy and transparency across hiring activities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be currently based in Hanoi
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a small TA team
- Proven experience recruiting for international markets (EU, AU, US)
- Strong understanding of resource planning in ITO/outsourcing environments
- Strong track record in hiring mid to senior-level engineers and technical leads
- Excellent stakeholder management, especially working with delivery/resource functions
- Strong sourcing, networking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and optimization
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5+
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage mutitple priorities
