Hardware Engineer — Turkish Market 🇹🇷 Hardware Engineer — Turkish Market 🇹🇷 Freelance | Remote + Travel ✈️ | Based in one of our approved countries Do you combine deep hardware engineering expertise with fluency in Turkish? 🔧 We're looking for a Hardware Engineer who can bridge technical delivery with Turkish-speaking clients, partners, and markets. About the role 💼 You'll support clients on hardware engineering projects — from design and prototyping to testing and production support — while acting as the technical bridge for Turkish-speaking stakeholders and markets. This is a flexible freelance engagement: you manage your own schedule, work remotely most of the time, and travel to meet clients and partners where the work happens. 😊 What you'll do 🚀 Design, develop, and test hardware solutions in line with client and project requirements Support prototyping, validation, and production readiness activities Represent projects in meetings across Europe, with occasional international trips ✈️ Liaise with Turkish-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Deliver technical documentation, reports, and recommendations that clients can act on 📊 What we're looking for 🔎 Native or fluent Turkish 🗣️ plus professional English Proven hardware engineering experience (design, prototyping, testing, or production support) Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field 🎓 Currently based in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey (Schengen visa holders only), or the UK (Scotland only) 📍 Right to work as a freelancer in your country of residence Willing and able to travel regularly within Europe, occasionally beyond 🌏 Self-directed: comfortable owning projects end-to-end 💪 What we offer ✨ Competitive freelance rates and full flexibility over your workload 💶 All travel costs covered Meaningful, varied projects — no two engagements alike A long-term partnership, not a one-off gig, for the right person 🤝 How to apply 📩 Send a short intro and your CV.
