- Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), monitor performance, and address staffing concerns.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, attendance, and call-offs.
- Monitor staff hours to ensure compliance with the agency's 40-hour weekly scheduling policy.
- Review Therap documentation, EVV records, service notes, and authorized service hours.
- Coordinate new member intakes, staffing assignments, and ongoing services.
- Communicate regularly with members, families, guardians, and DDD support coordinators.

Although this position is primarily remote, occasional in-person visits are required. Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting member home visits and wellness checks.
- Performing staff check-ins and monitoring service delivery.
- Meeting with members, guardians, and support coordinators when necessary.
- Assisting with member intakes and service assessments.
- Addressing concerns that require in-person follow-up.
- Conducting quality assurance visits to ensure services meet agency and DDD standards.
Candidates must reside within reasonable traveling distance of the Greater Phoenix Area and have reliable transportation for required visits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HCBS coordination, Arizona DDD services, or a similar supervisory position preferred.
- Strong understanding of Arizona DDD policies, Article 9, and HCBS requirements.
- Experience with Therap, EVV, and electronic scheduling systems preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple employees and member caseloads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for handling confidential information.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
- Must meet applicable background screening and fingerprint clearance requirements.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, dependable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates effectively, follows through on assignments, and can balance remote administrative duties with occasional on-site visits.
We need someone who understands that maintaining quality services, supporting our DSPs, and ensuring member safety are top priorities.
