Your Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of HCM solutions across key HR processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Participate in the implementation of leading HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and client meetings.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and solution designs.
- Support system configuration, testing activities, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and client presentation materials.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and continuously develop HCM and consulting expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS, HCM implementations, or business process consulting.
- Exposure to at least one HCM solution such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage assigned workstreams with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Fluent French and English.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Vos missions
- Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions HCM couvrant les principaux processus RH.
- Contribuer aux projets d'implémentation de solutions telles que Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud ou SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participer aux ateliers de recueil des besoins métiers avec les équipes RH.
- Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle, les spécifications et les supports de projet.

Profil recherché
- Diplôme Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Systèmes d'Information, Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience sur des projets de transformation RH, SIRH ou implémentation HCM.
- Première expérience sur Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud ou SAP SuccessFactors appréciée.
- Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
- Sens de l'organisation et autonomie.
- Esprit d'équipe et volonté d'apprendre.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Mobilité pour des déplacements ponctuels chez les clients.
