HCM - Data Engineer

• Location: Nguyen Kiem Street, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
• Office hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate batch and near–real-time data pipelines across POS/ERP/WMS, e-commerce, marketing, and external data sources.
• Implement orchestration (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster) with clear SLAs, monitoring, and robust incident handling.
• Own schema design and data modeling for core domains such as Products, SKUs, Inventory, Sales, Suppliers, and Warehouses.
• Develop and optimize the data warehouse (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift) and dbt models supporting forecasting, replenishment, and operational analytics.
• Establish strong data quality practices: validation, anomaly detection, lineage, dashboards, and debugging tools.
• Partner with DS/ML teams to deliver feature stores, training datasets, data versioning, and pipelines for model deployment.
• Implement security, governance, access control, and maintain clear documentation (data dictionaries, lineage, runbooks).

Requirement:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong SQL and solid Python skills (pandas/PySpark is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses: BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Experience building production ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, dbt, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, SCD, event modeling).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and basic infra (Docker, CI/CD).
• Good English communication skills
