[HCMC/remote] Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, NodeJs, Supabase, PostgreSQL)

We are looking for a senior, well-rounded Full-Stack Engineer rather than a specialist to join an Australian venture studio that builds new products and startups for bigger companies. This role starts from scratch and builds apps, platforms and services from the business requirements, owning architecture, data model and stack choices, including AI pipelines of agents. The main stack is React, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase) and Vercel, but the right experience matters more than an exact match.

1/Resource requirement

• Position: Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Location: HCMC / remote
• Engagement: Full-time, permanent
• Working hours: start at 8:00 AM Vietnam time (12:00 PM Melbourne) or earlier
• Start date: ASAP
• Team: join the client's own team and work with them day to day (not as a separate offshore team)

2/Key Responsibilities

• Start from scratch and build an app, platform or service from the business requirements.
• Design the architecture and the database model (entities and relationships).
• Choose the right stack and services for each project.
• Design AI pipelines of agents.
• Work across about three projects at the same time.
• Communicate clearly with the team and stakeholders in English.

3/Qualifications

• Experience: senior, well-rounded full-stack engineer rather than a specialist.
• Proven ability to build an app, platform or service from scratch based on business requirements.
• Strong skills in architecture and database modelling (entities and relationships).
• Experience designing AI agent pipelines (e.g. data extraction).
• Comfortable working across about three projects at once.
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English.

4/Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, Supabase and Vercel.
