HCM/SuccessFactors Data Migration – Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HCM/SuccessFactors Data Migration – Lead Consultant to join our team and take a leading role in complex HR data migration and integration projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end data migration activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM, while coordinating technical and functional teams and working closely with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation and loading.
• Take ownership of the data migration workstream and coordinate activities across technical and functional teams.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout all stages of the migration.
• Support data replication and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Identify migration risks and dependencies and support their resolution.
• Contribute to the overall migration approach, planning and successful project delivery.

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM.
• Proven experience leading HR data migration projects or migration workstreams.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR data migration, including extraction, transformation, mapping and loading.
• Good understanding of data replication and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating technical and functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the assigned workstream.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international project environment.

A strong advantage

• Experience with SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Infoporter and PTP replication.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Import/Export.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM and/or Payroll.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with S/4HANA.
• Experience in multi-country SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
